First Aid

Duration

• CPR A: 13 hours in-class OR 5.5 hours in-class + 8 hours online learning
• CPR C: 14 hours in-class OR 6 hours in-class + 8 hours online learning

C² provides the full range of Standard First Aid training at your location of work or at our location in Bowmanville. Our course is facilitated by experienced, certified, hands-on first aid instructors. This is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards (WSIB) and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. This course requires minimum 75% mark for written knowledge evaluation and requires 100% attendance and participation.
